Freemotion e7.7 Elliptical Review
Machine: Freemotion e7.7 Elliptical Trainer
Overview: Try to forgive the Freemotion e7.7 Elliptical Trainer for being a version upgrade from the e7.5, because it’s not just a cheap rehash. At the peak of entertainment on an elliptical it not only features integrated speakers and an MP3 player port, but has a built-in TV option which makes every workout seem to fly by. Cheaper ellipticals can’t compare to the smooth, steady stride of the e7.7 Elliptical Trainer which features Freemotion’s patented footpath and seamless magnetic resistance. As a high quality light commercial elliptical, it has a weight capacity of 350lbs and features a silent Flexonic belt drive system. Keep moving and increase your heart rate without interrupting your workout by using the quick touch buttons to switch between 20 levels of resistance and 9 workout programs. While it may not seem like an essential feature when reading off the included accessories, the integrated fan with 3 settings will keep you fresh enough to finish every workout.

The Freemotion e7.7 Elliptical is as good as it gets without venturing into the $5000 range for a industrial strength commercial machine. Listening to music while you workout keeps you motivated and the option to include a TV offers a nice distraction from a long workout. Over the FreeMotion e7.5, the e7.7 packs a lot more value and only costs slightly more.
The average home user won’t have a need for such an expensive elliptical trainer and the assembly process may be more complicated than most folks can handle themselves. While the FreeMotion e7.7 has got a lot more add-ons than the e7.5, it doesn’t include a wireless chest strap (although it is compatible) and it comes with less workout programs.
If you’re looking for a serious elliptical that doesn’t exaggerate the “gym quality” claim, the Freemotion e7.7 is a decent choice with an impressive lineup of features. However some Freemotion e7.7 Ellipitcal Trainer reviews find that Freemotion isn’t afraid to cut a few corners in construction and the warranty doesn’t instill a lot of confidence.
