This ramp will isolate your glutes, quads and calves to help acheive the desired definition. With 24 workouts, it has the most workouts you'll see on a machine at this price. You're bound to find a few that really work for you - so getting bored won't be a an excuse to skip a session. This, coupled with the audio entertainment provided by the music port, makes for a gym- like experience from the comfort of your own home.
While this elliptical is better equipped than most, you'll get more workouts than you'll probably need. Also, if you're willing to spend a bit more, you'll find better warranties than those offered by Proform.
